You can save Bandwidth Splitter configuration to a file, so you can quickly restore it later.
The following information is exported: general settings, shaping rules, quota rules. Besides, rule elements (user sets, schedules, network objects, except predefined) that are used in Bandwidth Splitter settings and rules are also saved.
Quota counter values are not exported.
Before importing it is recommended to export existing configuration for backup, because the imported configuration will overwrite the existing configuration and all existing shaping and quota rules will be removed. If imported rule elements are already exist and their configuration differs from saved, you will be prompted to select which ones you want to overwrite.
To launch export/import tools, right click Bandwidth Splitter, and point to Export Configuration... or Import Configuration....
|Note. All changes in the database connection settings take effect only after the computer is restarted.|
