Regularly check the event log of the server where Bandwidth Splitter is installed to ensure normal work of the services. In case of any errors in operation, records will appear in the log to help you understand the reasons of the errors and suggest ways of eliminating them.

The Bandwidth Splitter section is not present in the Forefront TMG Management console after the software has been installed. If the Forefront TMG Management console has stayed open during installation of Bandwidth Splitter, it is necessary to close and reopen it after installation to see the new Bandwidth Splitter section.
